Introduction: Hemolysis, Elevated Liver Enzymes, Low Platelet count (HELLP) syndrome is a potentially life-threatening condition manifesting in the context of preeclampsia, which poses challenging diagnostic and management issues to the clinician. Its incidence is reported as 0.50.9% of all pregnancies and 10-20% of women with severe pre-eclampsia and causes significant mortality and morbidity, which increases with the severity of the syndrome
