Abstract

Background: Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are leading causes of morbidity and mortality globally, with dyslipidemia and obesity playing pivotal roles in their pathogenesis. Early detection of lipid abnormalities and unhealthy dietary patterns in young adults  may provide insight into future cardiovascular risk.
