Abstract

Postoperative myocardial infarction is associated with increased mortality and morbidity for patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery. In this case report, a patient with PMI was diagnosed immediately, and earlier percutaneous cardiac intervention in the Cath lab saved  the patient.
