Abstract

Background: Valgus knee deformity poses a significant surgical challenge during Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA) owing to lateral soft-tissue contracture, lateral femoral condyle hypoplasia, and complex ligamentous imbalance. Achieving satisfactory deformity correction and functional restoration in such cases demands meticulous pre-operative planning and precise intra-operative technique.
