Abstract

Background: Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for unprotected distal left main (UDLM) bifurcation lesions remains a technical challenge. The optimal two-stent strategy is debated. This study compared the clinical and procedural outcomes of Double Kissing (DK) Culotte versus DK Crush stenting in patients with true UDLM bifurcation lesions.
