Abstract

Background: Chronic musculoskeletal disorders are an important cause of persistent pain, functional limitation, disability, and impaired quality of life. Psychological symptoms, particularly depression and anxiety, frequently coexist with chronic musculoskeletal pain and may further aggravate disability and  adversely affect treatment outcomes
