Abstract

Coronary artery perforation (CAP) is a potentially lethal complication of percutaneous coronary intervention. The
risk of coronary perforation is associated with the complexity of the lesion. Severe coronary artery perforation is a
rare but potentially life threatening complication which requires immediate intervention.
