Abstract

Children with and without H.pylori infection were examined. It was revealed that the presence of the GA TNF-α
rs1800629 genotype is an unfavorable prognostic marker in the development of this pathology in the presence of HP
infection. At the same, the GGgenotype rs 1800629 is a protective genotype for the underlying pathology, regardless of
the presense of HP infection.
