Abstract

: We conducted a single center prospective study in 208 patients admitted in a tertiary
care center with the complaint of Acute coronary Syndrome .Their coagulation disturbances
were corelated with their eventual diagnosis of either Myocardial Infarction or Unstable Angina
Pectoris .A significant association was found in the cases of MI and Fibrinogen levels , while
no significant role of either PT or APTT was noted.
