Abstract

Background and Objectives: The study examines the impact of stress on sleep quality 
among students, emphasizing the prevalence of poor sleep quality among healthcare students 
and its associations with physical and mental health concerns.
Methods: In this study total 230 participant were enrolled. The study carried out by using the 
Stress Scale-21 and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index to measure stress levels, anxiety, 
depression, and sleep quality among adult students. SPSS software was employed for data 
analysis.
