Abstract

Introduction: Supracondylar fracture of the humerus are the most common fracture in
children between the age of 5-7 years and the most common pediatric fracture requiring
surgery supracondylar fracture may have significant complication including nerve injury,
vascular injury and compartment syndrome
Aims and Objectives: To find mechanical stability in cross and lateral Kirshner wire
fixation. To find radiological outcome in cross and lateral Kirshner wire fixation. To study
iatrogenic ulnar nerve injury in cross Kirshner wire fixation
