Abstract

Priapism in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) appears to be an infrequent manifestation as well
as a crucial emergency. Here, we report a 45-year-old male presenting with involuntary and
persistent penile erection since last 7 days. He was treated with needle aspiration of corpora
cavernosa. In post operative labs he was found to have anemia and hyperleukocytosis. Patient
was subsequently diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia.
