Abstract

Introduction- Hyponatremia is an important predictor of mortality in AMI , it is important to
assess the influence of hyponatremia at various time points during hospitalization. However
there is dearth of literature on the prognostic consequences of the changes in serum sodium
levels in patients with AMI.
