Abstract

Introduction: The rise in motor vehicle reliance and technological advancements has led to a rise in traumatic injuries, particularly blunt abdominal trauma (BAT), a major cause of morbidity andmortality globally, especially in developing countries like India. Motor vehicle accidents (MVAs)account for the majority of BAT cases, with injuries to solid organs like the liver, spleen, and kidneysoften undiagnosed, leading to severe complications and increased mortality.
