Abstract

Abstract: Hernia is an abnormal protrusion of an organ or tissue through a defect in surrounding wall. Inguinal hernia is most common. Laparoscopic repair can be done by totally extraperitoneal repair or transabdominal preperitoneal repair. Mesh is used in laparoscopic repair. Mesh fixation has its own benefits and Non mesh fixation has its own benifits.
