Abstract

Introduction: Postoperative seroma is most prevalent following mastectomy  accompanied by axillary lymph node dissection, with reported incidence rates ranging  from 15.5% to 90%. Seroma may cause discomfort, infections, and potential
reconstruction failure. The mechanical sealing of the dead space was consistently  demonstrated to be highly effective.
