LEGAL MEASURES TO AMELIORATE CHILD LABOUR IN MATCH AND FIRE WORKS INDUSTRIES

Abstract

The child labour is a societal issue that has to be resolved. All children should attend 
school in order to receive an education, but they shouldn't be assigned to dangerous businesses 
where they would have to work from sunrise to sunset, endangering their physical and mental 
development. As a result, the government implemented a number of laws. Initially, all efforts 
were focused on regularizing child labour, but subsequently, laws were created to completely 
eradicate it.
