Diagnosis and Staging of Carcinoma Uterine Cervix by MRI

Abstract

In this study, we wanted to evaluate the efficacy of MRI in the assessment of important prognostic factors in carcinoma cervix like tumour size, involvement of parametrium, pelvic side wall, adjacent organs and the lymph nodal status and how it alters the plan of management and correlate MRI findings with clinical FIGO staging of carcinoma cervix.
