Abstract

Diabetic sensory-motor neuropathy (DSMN) is a prevalent complication of diabetes mellitus characterized by nerve damage leading to sensory deficits, motor dysfunction, and neuropathic pain. This abstract examines the clinical and diagnostic significance of the Systemic Immune Inflammation Index (SII) in DSMN.
