Abstract

Introduction: Medial meniscus posterior root tears (MMPRT) are hypothesized to alter knee 
biomechanics, potentially impacting anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) function. This study 
aimed to investigate the relationship between MMPRT, ACL stiffness, and anterior tibial 
translation.
