Introduction and Background: As the most aggressive skin cancer, melanoma is highly resistant to
standard treatments and has a high potential to spread to other parts of the body. To improve targeted
delivery, increase medication bioavailability, and overcome resistance mechanisms, nanoparticle-driven
drug delivery has arisen as a potential method. This research delves into the molecular profile of
melanoma and assesses the possibility of medication delivery methods based on nanoparticles to
maximize treatment effectiveness.
