Abstract

Objective: Our research group previously identified CD109 as the target of aptamer S3 in 
nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). This study aimed to develop a targeted delivery system by 
conjugating aptamer S3 to DNA tetrahedrons (DTs) loaded with doxorubicin (Dox), and to 
evaluate the potential of S3-DT-Dox for targeted NPC therapy.
