Epidemiological and clinical analysis of skin cancer in a Tertiary Care Hospital in India

Abstract

Background: Skin cancer, although less prevalent in India compared to Western countries, has been 
witnessing a gradual rise in incidence due to increasing ultraviolet (UV) exposure, environmental 
pollution, and lifestyle changes. This study aims to analyze the epidemiological patterns, risk factors, and 
clinical presentations of skin cancer cases in a tertiary care hospital.
