Abstract

Introduction: Intramedullary nailing is the gold standard for proximal tibia extra-articular 
fractures. The optimal approach, suprapatellar or infrapatellar, remains debated. This study 
compares the functional and radiological outcomes of these two techniques.    
Aim and Objective: To evaluate and compare the functional and radiological outcomes of 
suprapatellar and infrapatellar intramedullary nailing in proximal tibia extra-articular fractures.
