Background: Urban slum conditions, characterized by overcrowding, poor sanitation, and socio-economic deprivation, are known to impact various aspects of health, including mental health. However, the specific effects on mental health and access to mental health services have not been thoroughly investigated. Objective: To examine the impact of urban slum conditions on mental health outcomes and access to mental health services among residents of urban slums.
