Background & Methods: The aim of the study is to evaluate Computed tomography angiography findings of acute limb ischemia. Achieving reperfusion with minimal interruption and no long-term sequelae is the goal of therapy in both thrombotic and embolic ALI. At initial presentation, patients with suspicion for ALI should be evaluated clinically by a vascular specialist and a Computed tomography angiography should be recommended. Results: In our study, we found, maximum complications in Hypertension i.e., 77%, Ischemic heart disease i.e. 31%. The chi-square statistic is 13.7919. The p-value is .041502. The result is significant at p < .05.
