Abstract

Background: This retrospective study examined the impact of posterior tibial slope (PTS) on
functional outcomes and range of motion (ROM) following primary cruciate-retaining (CR)
total knee arthroplasty (TKA) utilizing an anterior stabilized (AS) insert. We hypothesized that
restoration of native PTS would positively influence functional status.
