.Abstract
Background: Severe aortic stenosis (AS) is a life-threatening condition that necessitates timely intervention. Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) has emerged as a less invasive alternative to surgical aortic valve replacement (SAVR) in high-risk patients. However, its efficacy and safety in low-risk patients remain under investigation. Objective: To compare the clinical outcomes, safety, and efficacy of TAVR versus SAVR in low-risk patients with severe AS.
