Aim: To establish normative umbilical cord thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) values in
neonates at our institution for congenital hypothyroidism (CH) screening.
Objectives:
1. To determine the cutoff level of cord TSH in full-term and preterm neonates.
2. To evaluate the correlation between cord TSH values and birth weight, gender, and
gestational age.
