Background: Computed tomographic angiography (CTA) has become an essential imaging tool for diagnosing and managing acute non-traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), allowing rapid identification of vascular abnormalities such as aneurysms and arteriovenous malformations. With recent advancements in CTA technology, the quality and accuracy of imaging have significantly improved, enhancing the evaluation and treatment planning for SAH patients
