Abstract
Background: Recurrent prosthetic valve thrombosis (PVT) poses significant management challenges with limited data on outcomes. Objective: To evaluate the clinical profile and outcomes of recurrent PVT in a tertiary care setting. Methods: Twenty-six patients with documented recurrent PVT were studied. Clinical parameters, anticoagulation status, and treatment outcomes were analyzed.
