Abstract
Background: The incidence of breech presentation at term is about 3-4%. Prematurity and associated fetal congenital anomalies have a higher incidence. Planned caesarean deliveries have become routine for breech babies due to the improved neonatal. Aim: The aim of this study is to compare the maternal and fetal outcomes of patients with breech presentation who delivered vaginally versus those who delivered by caesarean section.
