    Abstract

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common, complex and heterogeneous reproductive endocrinopathy of females throughout the world. Circulating leptin correlates strongly with obesity, which is frequently associated with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), Adiponectin is a circulating protein produced by adipocytes. Circulating levels of adiponectin are inversely related to adipocyte mass.
