Abstract
The number of patients getting mitral valve replacement (MVR) surgery for severe mitral regurgitation and mitral stenosis has increased and is expected to climb further. Mitral valve surgery can be conducted using either a direct vision method or an endoscopic and robotic procedure. The purpose of this case-control study was to compare the feasibility and safety between Right Mini Thoracotomy with central cannulation versus Conventional Sternotomy for mitral valve replacement
