Abstract
Blepharitis is chronic ocular inflammation that involves the eyelid margin primarily and is a common case of chronic ocular irritation. It is among the most common ocular condition effecting upto 47% of patients seen in the clinical settings. Anterior Blepharitis affects the eyelid skin, base of the eyelashes and the eyelash follicles and posterior blepharities affects the Meibomian glands, Meibomian gland dysfunction is one of most common cause of posterior blepharitis.
