Results: The Pearson’s Chi-Square Test of Association found a significant relationship between the menstrual irregularity and suffering from PCOS (p< 0.05). Conclusion: Finding the cause of the disease and the factors that aggravate the symptoms of PCOS is a way to provide treatments and solutions for this disease in person-centered medicine. This study found that the index of exercise and employment status, BMI, and chronic disease status of women affect the diagnosis of PCOS. Therefore, it is very important to determine the nutritional habits of women and increase physical and balanced activities to have a normal BMI.
