Abstract
Background: Pediatric resuscitation presents unique challenges due to the diverse responses children exhibit to standard emergency interventions. Recent advancements in genetic profiling and personalized medicine have shown promise in tailoring resuscitation efforts to individual genetic backgrounds, potentially enhancing outcomes. Objectives: This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of genetic profiling and personalized medicine strategies in improving the success and outcomes of pediatric resuscitation. Methods: A cohort of 120 pediatric patients requiring resuscitation was studied at a tertiary care center. Participants were divided into two groups: one receiving standard resuscitation protocols and the other receiving interventions based on genetic profiles. Data on resuscitation success, complication rates, hospital stay length, and 30-day survival rates were collected and analyzed using odds ratios and confidence intervals.
