Abstract

BPO outsourcing, which stands for Business Process Outsourcing, has had a significant effect on job creation and economic growth. This has led to the creation of a vast number of job opportunities in countries where BPO services are being outsourced. Developing nations have benefited from this trend, as they have attracted foreign investment and established BPO centres, providing employment to their skilled workforce.
