Abstract
Background: An inflammatory reaction known as peritonitis results from perforating, ischemic, and infectious damage to the genitourinary system and the gastro-intestinal tract (GIT). The present study was conducted to compare outcomes of peritoneal lavage using normal saline and metronidazole in perforation peritonitis patients.
