Abstract
COPD has significant impacts on cardiac functions, affecting the right ventricle, left ventricle, and pulmonary blood vessels. Cardiac involvement is a significant factor contributing to the increased mortality associated with COPD. Echocardiography is a valuable tool for quickly and accurately assessing cardiac changes. It is a noninvasive and portable method that provides reliable results. Our study aimed to evaluate the cardiac changes associated with COPD using echocardiography. Additionally, we sought to determine the relationship between echocardiographic findings and the varying degrees of COPD severity.
