    Abstract

    Background: Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST), one of the most common cause of stroke in young, is an alarming disease. Owing to the availability of newer imaging techniques and also the increased awareness amongst physicians and neurologists, there is an increase in the diagnosis of CVST. The purpose of this study is to identify the clinical and radiological features prompting towards diagnosis of cerebralortical vein thrombosis in our region.
