Abstract
Background: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is described by airway obstruction, inflammation, and progressive lung function decline and is associated with multiple comorbidities, including cardiovascular disease (CVD), which is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality in COPD patients. This cross-sectional study is aimed to investigate the clinical profile of patients with COPD and their cardiac risk factors as well as ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) values.
