Abstract
Important clinical implications result from the correlation between RV systolic function and coronary angiography findings. Patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) who are at greater risk of adverse cardiovascular events, such as heart failure or arrhythmias, can be identified using risk stratification. Furthermore, it can provide guidance for treatment decisions regarding revascularization strategies (e.g., coronary artery bypass grafting or percutaneous coronary intervention) and the necessity for supplementary therapies to optimize RV function study aimed at correlating RV systolic function with coronary angiographic findings
