    Abstract

In late December 2019, a novel coronavirus infection from the family of coronaviridae had started in Wuhan city in China. Since its appearance and this virus was posing potential risks to human health. In another perspective, this outbreak pandemic is considered one of the main leading causes of mortality worldwide, due to its severe association with the acute respiratory syndrome. However, the potential impacts of coronavirus were not only seen in individuals but also in the medical field, as it has been considered as a relevant and serious burden on the healthcare systems as well as healthcare workers looking after patients with COVID-19 infection. Multiple studies were directed to evaluate the effects of coronavirus infection on human wellbeing, and as a result, scientists and researchers were called to a state of preparedness, to cooperate adequately with all patients with serious symptoms, by developing new effective vaccines that can help improving immunity and to prevent severe illnesses. However, these vaccines have faced unique challenges while manufacturing them, such as lacking time, clinical trials, being compressed into safety and efficacy
