    Abstract

    BACKGROUND This study was conducted to assess and compare the efficacy of Desarda’s no mesh repair over open preperitoneal mesh repair for the treatment of inguinal hernia, compare the complications associated with both the modalities of treatment, and decide on the better treatment for inguinal hernia based on the findings of the study.
