Abstract
Background: Stress begins when an individual's bodily, social, and emotional needs outweigh his or her capacity and compete with one another. Acute short-term stress raises blood pressure. Medical students are regarded to be under stress, especially before their exams, because of the extensive curriculum they study and the little amount of time they have to do their coursework.
