Abstract
Fibromyalgia is a chronic syndrome characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain accompanied by fatigue, disability, sleep, memory and mood issues. People with fibromyalgia are more likely to develop major depressive disorder. A variety of medications have been tried to minimize symptoms and improve general health. This study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of escalating doses of intravenous Lignocain-Ketamine infusions in reducing pain, disability and depression in fibromyalgia syndrome
