Abstract

Dengue have become major public health issue all over the world. Increasing incidence of dengue cases over the last few decades has been lying parallel with increased death. Mortality prediction strategies of dengue in severely ill patients will be useful in the clinical treatment and management. The main aim of the study is to identify the correlation between serial ABG and other biochemical parameters as a predictor of mortality in severely ill patients with dengue.
