    Abstract

    Background: Spinal anaesthesia decreases intra-operative pain, autonomic, somaticand endocrine responses. It also provides a quick onset and effective sensory & motor blockade. Methods: This study was conducted in the Department of Anaesthesiology, Rohilkhand medical college and hospital with the objective to compare Hyperbaric Bupivacaine, Levobupivacaine and Ropivacaine intrathecally for hemodynamic stabilityand post-operative analgesia in Infra umbilical surgeries.
