Abstract
Among the many controlled release systems developed, GRDDS is one of the most unique and has received great attention in the design of delivery systems. One of the benefits of intestinal bacteria is that it helps the body's energy to improve the formation process, such as the time spent in the stomach. This study aims to design, characterize and evaluate floating microspheres of NG, a drug used in treating type II diabetes. The plasma half-life of NG is approximately one hour. Due to its short half-life and easy absorption from the gastrointestinal tract (GIT), it is rapidly eliminated from the circulation, requiring frequent dosing.
